If you are a new or existing client account holder, you can find important information about managing your account below.

Funding your Account

You can fund your account by making a payment through Barclays Corporate or DBS (Hong Kong) Banks. We accept GBP, EUR and USD. Please ensure you have the correct account information for the currency you are sending. For trading purposes all funds are converted into USD.

If possible, reference all transfers with your account name and number.

When you have transferred new funds, please email us at to confirm the details, including your account number and account name.

Bank Details

Please note that you will be responsible for all charges, including those levied by our bank, generally around USD25.

All client funds are held in segregated accounts unless we have agreed otherwise.

Changes to your Account Information

It is important that you make us aware of any changes to the information you provided in your original account application or associate documentation, including changes to your:

  • Address
  • Contact telephone numbers
  • Email address
  • Bank details
  • Personal name
  • Corporate name
  • Corporate dealing contact
  • Beneficial ownership or directorship

Withdrawing Funds

Please note we will transfer funds only to the bank account registered with us for your account and will only make a payment if funds remain in the account to cover your margin. You will be responsible for all charges including those levied by our bank, typically about £15.

Instructions received before 3pm CET/CEST will generally be processed that day and credited to your bank account after 1-3 business days.

If you require your withdrawal to be converted into GBP or EUR or another currency, our bank will make the conversion at the current daily rate.
