Changes to your account
We need to be made aware of any information and/or documentation changes that are different to the original application.
You can notify us of any changes to the following by emailing us.
Change of address
If you change your address please email us with confirmation of your new address, your former address and your account number and full name.
Change of contact telephone numbers
If you need to change your contact telephone number please email us with your former contact number, your new contact number, your account number and your full name.
Change of email address
If you change your email address please email us with your former email address, your new email address, your account number and your full name.
Change of bank details
If you need to change your bank details please inform us by email which includes your full name, account number and your former bank information and your new banking information.
Together with the email please sent us a copy of proof of new bank information, for example, a clear, scanned copy of a bank statement or letter from your bank showing the new bank information. This document needs to be less than 6 months old, issued by the bank which displays your full name and new banking information (Please note we do not accept on-line printed statements.)
If you change your name
If you change your name please email us with your full former name, your full new name and confirmation of your account number. Please also send us a clear, scanned copy of a valid and unexpired government issued document to demonstrate your new name change.
Corporate name change
If your corporate name changes, please inform us by email which details your former corporate name, your account number and what the new corporate name details are.
Together with the email please send us a clear, scanned copy of the Board Resolution and Certificate of Change of Name.
Corporate Account: Change of/or additional dealing contact
' target="_blank" If you need to change the dealing contacts please inform us by email which details your account name, your account number and name the new dealing contact.
We need you to also send us a clear, scanned copy of the new Board Resolution detailing the name of the new dealing contact or a new copy of the POA Document.
For the new contact we require proof of identity in the form of one valid and unexpired government issued document showing full name, photograph and date of birth such as:
- Passport (both identification and signature page if separate)
- National Identity Card
- Photo card Driver’s Licence
- Government issued photo ID
As well as a copy of proof of residence, this document needs to be less than 6 months old issued by a government, public sector body or judicial authority which displays the applicant's full name and current address such as the following:
- Bank statement (Please note we do not except on-line printed statements)
- Credit Card Statement
- Government Issued Document
- Utility Bill (Please note we do not except mobile phone bills)
