Many Asian markets are closed this morning, but notably Indonesian and Phillipine markets made fresh highs whilst Australia's ASX was little changed at highs not seen since 2010 after US markets made fresh highs on Friday.

In Europe today, leaders are due to meet in Brussells to discuss aid to Greece and Cyprus amid growing political uncertainty out of Italy and Spain. Futures are pointing to a flat opening ahead of industrial  and manufacturing production data out of France.

US markets continued higher again on Friday, but notably the Dow again falied to hold onto levels above 14000. No notable earnings or macro data to speak of for today.
