Asian markets fell for a fourth consecutive day, as business confidence in Australia dropped to a reading of -1 from zero, its lowest reading for 3 years. China is actively seeking to expand property tax trials at an "appropriate" time.

In Europe, Eurozone ministers said last night that they will allow Greece an extra 2 years to meet deficit targets, and will meet again on November 20th to discuss shortfalls for that period. The UK will release inflation data and look out for German ZEW headlines. European equity futures are trading around 50bps lower and the Euro is testing recent lows at 1.268.

US markets resume full trading after bond markets were closed yesterday for Veterans day. Markets look set to test key levels today with the 1372-1375 region a key level of support for the S&P. In earnings, Home Depot (70c) and Cisco (46c) are due to report.
