European Equity futures are slightly lower this morning, ahead of reports on factory orders in Germany and Italian economic growth. Meanwhile, the FT reports that Germany’s opposition leader has thrown weight behind calls for change in the German constitution, to clear the way for jointly-guaranteed Eurobonds.

Little economic data due out of the US today, in corporate news Emerson Electric (estimate EPS $1) and Walt Disney (93 cents) are highlight earnings reports.
