Asian markets were buoyant on Wednesday amid hopes that the US Fed might be feeling generally positive about the state of play. We saw European sovereign debt yields drop on Tuesday and this positivity is was certainly going to trickle over to the markets in the Far East. The main question on investors' lips, however, is 'will we see further monetary easing in the US?' Positive figures suggest that the Fed may not see the need, but it will only be when investors know for sure that they'll make any market manoeuvres.
